Satanology and Enemy Reconnaissance

Why it is important to know how Satan does his tricks and how can a Truth Seeker avoids the pitfalls

“Satan has the human under surveillance from a point where a person does not see the Satan. It is as if, Satan has a full-time hidden camera by which it has all human actions monitored and under control. This means that he has vital and complete information about every human, and information is is POWER!  Therefore the demon is powerful, so powerful that Satan has the power to mislead people. Truth seekers should understand the principles of Satanology to know how the devil works and protect themselves from his control.”

Recognizing the importance of the Satanology

One of the major subjects in Erfan Moqarabeen is the study of Satan’s behavior and enemy reconnaissance. The true seeker must know the devils tricks and temptations tools to be able to resist them. Although Holy Quran mentions that the power of Satan is very weak, إِنَّ کَیْدَ الشَّیْطانِ کانَ ضَعیفا,  it should be noted that this is applied when a man is moving in the right path. Since Satan’s will is nothing compared to God’s grace, and he has no power to force his will, except that he tempt human to act on his misleading evil plans.

Satan usually attacks the truth seeker from a person’s blind spot.  The truth seeker thinks that he is in the path of God, while the devil has taken over his soul.  Satan will cause problems and hardship for the person to the point of devastation then sends one of his disciples to ease and lift some of the hardship, that way the truth seeker thinks as if the angels have saved him and becomes a follower of the satan and his disciples.  Most people in wrong Erfan and dervishes and Sufi mysticism are tricked the same way. The reason why this trick works is because people are not thinking correctly and don’t use their logic and mind in realizing the source of their problems.  If people realize that only God can resolve their problems, then investigate the source of their problems and seek his help in removing the actual sources, sometimes their own fault and wrong doing, laziness or lack of will, then realize that even if the disciples of Satan give them solutions, they are short time remedies and Stupefaction.  Where some problems seem to be resolved but bigger ones are created.

What is the solution?

The most efficient and safest solution to his dilemma is to realize that humans are always in need of a holy guardian, or Vali.  A Vali is a guide that seeks no personal benefit from guiding and advises out of love and sincerity.  Every man’s Vali in his initial stage are his parents.  At higher levels, a truth seeker must seek the guidance of more knowledgeable advanced guardians and Vali.  Once he realizes that he has two prophets; an inner prophet which is his own Mind, and an outer prophet which is a Vali.  He must utilize his mind to think and find the truth, but since his mind is in developing stage and is not complete a guardian and prophet from God will help him think correctly in the right path.  Therefore, understanding divine laws to compare with the guardian’s teaching and matching with the Holy Quran is important in order to realize if he has found the right guardian, or he is in control of Satan’s disciples.  Since a holy guardian would not advise or lead a truth seeker astray from the path of Holy Quran and teachings of Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him)
