You are what you eat!

The importance of intake and food in the elevation of soul is discussed in Erfan Moqarabeen Perspective

There is an interesting American Proverb that says: “You are what you eat!”  It you-are-what-you-eatis obvious to many that what we feed our body and soul has great impact on our nature.  Although the proverb seems to be only in regards to physical and psychological aspects of a person, however, in Erfan Moqarabeen perspective and True Islamic teachings, all intakes and entries into our body, will eventually show the outcome somehow.  That is why along with strict regulation of what is fed to our soul via our eyes and ears, a truth seeker must show diligence in what he eats and drinks.

Pure Nutrition

Pure Nutrition or Clean Food is a program initiated by the Erfan Moqarabeen teachings in the Religion and Knowledge Institute.  Professor Alavi teaches his students to be vigilen in choosing what they eat as part of the practical erfan.  As mentioned mysticism and erfan is not by reading interesting literature and feeding the thought, but it is to physically act upon the knowledge gained and action toward the right path.  Therefore, a truth seeker must be careful of the food he eats as well as the knowledge he receives.  The Pure Nutrition program at this point is offering food carefully selected and blessed by Ayatolah Alavi and has a special procedure in cooking and eating the prepared meal.   In future, once the sponsorship is established and interest was shown, the aim is to expand the program to its ultimate goal of producing the pure nutrition from ground-up.  Meaning the meal must be prepared from ingredients farmed and produced by halal money, workforce, farm, and procedures guided by the Erfan Moqarabeen guidelines.

Food for thought

At this point, our dear readers that don’t have access to the Pure Nutrition Program can contact the institute for information on the Doas and Supplications in regards to the clean food they intended to prepare.  Professor Alavi will teach them the basics in what and how to prepare their meals and during the upper level lents and cheleh he will instruct special strict diet for the committed truth seekers.  But for now, Islamic hala food and basic rituals such as washing hands before meal, saying Besmellah before eating, and other popular instruction in the sonnah of prophet and imams should suffice.  Please contact us if you are interested to receive the special instructions.
